    Equipment Name: ZKL25 Pan-Type Granulator 

    Material: Iron Oxide Red for Magnetic Materials 

    Application: This product is used for granulating iron oxide red for magnetic materials. Iron oxide, an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Fe?O?, is a reddish-brown powder that is insoluble in water. It is primarily used as an inorganic pigment for coloring paints, rubber, plastics, and construction products. It can also be used as a magnetic material, edible red pigment, analytical reagent, catalyst, and polishing agent.

    Project Solution

    Equipment Principle: 

    A variable frequency motor drives a reducer, which, through a bridge mechanism, rotates the pelletizing pan, with the pan axis at a specific angle to the horizontal. As the material rolls within the pan, water is sprayed into the pan. Fine water droplets continuously adsorb the material, rapidly soaking it in the water droplets. A thin film of water forms on the pellet surface, which then absorbs the material as it rolls. As water and material are continuously added, and the pellets continue to roll within the pan, the water film on the surface of the pellets continuously absorbs the material and water. This cycle repeats until the pellets gradually form into pellets. Simultaneously, the mechanical action of the rolling process gradually increases the density of the pellets, imparting a certain mechanical strength until they are formed into raw pellets that meet the requirements and are discharged through the discharge door.
